It is 8 years old and has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. It is 2 X 6
construction and on leased land. There is a fee of
$495.00 a year but that covers road maintenance and plowing in the
winter and boat launch.
The area has good hunting and fishing and great ATV and snowmobile
trails.
The camp has hydro, telephone, a drilled well (good water) and a
field bed. It comes with a queen and double bed, fridge and stove,
washer and dryer, a LCD TV on wall mount and a Bell satellite dish. It also has
Internet Access. There is a high efficiency wood stove and back up
electric heat. It is wired for a generator(which is included). There
is a 12 X 20 garage with a 8 X 20 lean-to and out buildings.
Also has a paddleboat. Renew lease every 21 years.
